Kate comes to agenting following a career that includes acting, chaperoning children in entertainment and more than 15 years working at ITV Finance.
She brings industry knowledge, insight into the needs of young talent and a genuine passion for helping them shine in a safe and supportive environment.
Anna Mcauley
Anna is a Casting Director with 15 years of experience discovering raw, untapped talent. She specialises in street-casting, seeking out people who are unapologetically themselves, often first-time performers, with no experience, but an undeniable spark.
More than just a talent scout, she’s a champion of uncovering talent in unusual places and under-represented communities.
THOM HAMMOND
Thom is half of Hammond Cox Casting, industry leading commercial casting directors. He brings 20 years of experience, casting for productions worldwide, often including kids and young people.
That experience goes into identifying talent, developing skills and launching new careers.
MICHAEL COX
Michael has worked in casting for 20 years, initially as a freelance casting assistant, before setting up Hammond Cox Casting with Thom in 2012. The company has gone on to be one of the busiest casting offices in London, working internationally in commercials and music videos.
He uses that experience to help find and develop exciting young talent.
