Our Kid Talent Ltd Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
"Agency": Our Kid Talent, registered in Manchester, UK.
"Talent" / "Child": The minor represented by the Agency under this Agreement.
"Parent/Guardian": The parent or legal guardian entering into this Agreement on behalf of the Child.
"Client": A third party engaging the services of the Talent through the Agency.
"Assignment": Any audition, casting, or performance opportunity arranged by the Agency.
"Commission": The percentage or fee retained by the Agency from payments received for Assignments.
2. Appointment of Agency
The Talent/Guardian appoints the agency as their exclusive representative for the term of this agreement.
The agency will use reasonable endeavours to secure assignments for the Talent but does not guarantee any work.
3. Legal Compliance & Eligibility
The Talent/Guardian confirms the Talent is legally permitted to work in the UK under applicable Talent performance laws.
The Talent/Guardian agrees to provide documentation required by the agency, clients, or local authorities, including birth certificates, licences, and consent forms.
4. Fees & Commission
The agency shall charge a commission on all fees received for assignments arranged by the agency.
Commission is payable whether payment is made to the Talent, the Guardian, or directly to the agency.
The Talent/Guardian is responsible for any applicable taxes.
Any expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation) will be agreed in advance and are the Talent/Guardian’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
5. Agency Obligations
The agency shall act in the best interests of the Talent and comply with all relevant UK legislation.
The agency will ensure clients comply with Talent performance regulations and safeguard the talent’s welfare.
The agency will process personal data in compliance with UK GDPR.
6. Guardian Responsibilities
To ensure the Talent is available, punctual, and appropriately prepared for assignments.
To provide accurate and up-to-date information (including changes to the talent’s appearance, health, or availability).
To ensure a licensed chaperone or the Guardian accompanies children to all assignments, unless otherwise agreed.
To cooperate with the agency in obtaining required child performance licences.
7. Safeguarding & Welfare
The welfare of the Talent is paramount.
All assignments will comply with the Children (Performances and Activities) Regulations.
The Talent/Guardian must immediately report any concerns regarding safety or wellbeing to the agency.
8. Use of Images & Promotion
The Talent/Guardian consents to the use of the Talent’s images, likeness, and details for promotional purposes by the agency.
The agency shall not sell or misuse such materials beyond the scope of representation.
Clients’ rights to use the Talent’s image will be subject to the terms of each assignment contract.
9. Term & Termination
This agreement shall commence on an agreed date, and continue until terminated by either party on 30 days’ written notice.
The Agency may terminate this agreement immediately in cases of breach of contract, or misconduct.
Termination does not affect commission due on assignments arranged before termination.
10. Liability
The agency will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability for fraud, negligence causing death or injury, or statutory duties.
11. Data Protection
The Agency shall handle all personal data in compliance with the UK GDPR.
The Talent/Guardian has the right to request access, correction, or deletion of the Talent’s data at any time.

We want you to clearly understand how we work. Here’s a simple overview:
Representation: We represent your child to find auditions and jobs, but we can’t guarantee work.
Legal Requirements: You must provide documents (e.g. birth certificate, licences) so your child can work legally.
Fees: We take a commission from each job we arrange. You cover your child’s expenses unless agreed otherwise.
Agency Duties: We’ll act in your child’s best interests, keep them safe, and comply with UK law.
Parent Duties: You must make sure your child attends auditions/jobs on time, provide updates (health/availability/appearance), and accompany or arrange a licensed chaperone if needed.
Safety: Your child’s welfare is the top priority. Tell us right away if you have any concerns.
Photos/Promotion: We may use your child’s images to promote them, but won’t misuse them.
Ending the Agreement: Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice. If a job was arranged before then, our commission still applies.
Data: We keep your child’s data safe and you can ask to see or delete it at any time.
